service is terrible

Absolutely disgusted by the terrible disservice given by this 'tradesman'. I spoke to him in January about fabricating a metal frame. We agreed on price and then gave him a deposit. What followed were then months of lies, where he assured me said frame is being galvanized, on its third coat of paint, only to finally realize he had not even started. Upon getting my deposit back, he finally told me I should be satisfied as I got what I wanted.......... incredible. Poor shoddy service. Clients are there to cooperate and liaise with not take for a ride.
