Worked closely with Simon. He s very friendly and approachable. He was always there to answer any queries I had and was always available on the phone when needed. He also works with his own architect so my architect was in contact with his and therefore everything was made according to rules and regulations. He is a licensed contractor unlike many others who say they are and he can help with construction until finishings. I never wanted a turnkey but I was so happy with Simon’s work and his response that I trusted him with all the work and best of all am not disappointed at all.
